Raw materials are spreaded on the conveying belt through suitable auxiliary mechanism such as distributor, vibrating belt, pulverizer of granulator, belt passes the channel which containing one or several heating units; heating unit is equipped with air heater and circle system. each channel has one or several damp exhaust system. when raw material is transited, hot air passes through or over it. in this way it makes raw mateial dry uniformly Because gelatin slims should be dried under low temperature, so the drying process principle should be : low temperature, high air blowing volume. Only these two principle could remove inner moisture rapidly and efficiently. In order to be sure of air flow speed and air exhausting temperature, drying air circulating process is as followed: (1) Fresh air which is dehumidified get into first drying unit from top inlet window, then go down through gelatin slims and mesh belt from upper to bottom. In this process, material are heated , absorb heat energy and dried. After that, circulating fan blow the air through heater exchanger, where air absorb heat energy and rise temperature (2) After heating by heat exchanger, hot air are blown into bottom of neighbor drying unit, and get through gelatin slim and mesh belt from bottom to upper. So, the nearby two drying units are combined as one drying group. Go on to forth drying unit , inside humidity rate is rising, so 50% of inner air should be exhausted to reduce the inside humidity rate. Fresh & heated& dehumidified air should blowing into drying units to reduce the inside humidity rate , also, drying capacity of mesh belt drier is increased.
